Description
A smart charging ecosystem that blends functionality with emotion. Sh a is a mobile-connected charger that allows users to personalize their charging experience through a dedicated app. The system enables users to control lighting, customize pixel animations, and adopt virtual pets that grow as they charge their devices.By transforming a simple everyday action into an interactive and expressive experience, HeartCharge redefines how users connect with technology—turning power into personality.
Outcome
The final prototype introduces both a physical product and a mobile interface that work seamlessly together. Through Bluetooth connection, users can manage their charger directly from the app — adjusting night light color and brightness, uploading pixel art, or interacting with virtual pets displayed on the charger.Each pet responds to charging behavior, gaining energy and new animations as users charge longer, creating a playful feedback loop between human and device.
An intuitive dashboard presents real-time power usage, charging history, and device statistics. The app’s design language emphasizes clarity, warmth, and emotional connection, while the physical product maintains Sharge’s minimal yet futuristic aesthetic.
Altogether, HeartCharge transforms the act of charging into a joyful, expressive ritual — bridging the gap between technology and emotion.
